Blind Tasting Buddies Field Trip: Uwajimaya and Duk Li Dim Sum

Our mission: to discover some new fruits and veggies, to expand or taste and flavor horizons. We succeeded! Nick, Emily, Taylor and Erin headed out to Uwajimaya in Seattle, one of the best Asian markets in the area. The place is sprawling with goodies, from Bitter Melons to A-4 Wagyu Beef.
